​I have been a licensed therapist Since 2000, concentrating in chronic mental illness, personality disorders, depression, crisis pregnancy, woman's issues, anxiety and mood disorders.  

My favorite modalities include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Resolution (EMDR).  Both are evidence based practices.

I am A National Certified Counselor.  NCC 1737065
I currently hold a license to practice clinical professional counseling authorized by The Idaho State Licensing Board of Professional Counselors and Marriage & Family Therapists through the Bureau of Occupational Licensing.  My License number LCPC- 4009.

I am also licensed in Utah.  My Clinical Mental Health Counselor license number is 13993754-6004.
